If you thought last week was busy, just wait for this one coming up!
First of all: Thank you to EVERYONE who made the Halloween carnival such a big success!
Special thanks to our PSO chairs Abbey Miksch and Martina Ruiz! Make sure you log your volunteer hours into Sycamore.
On Tuesday, our 6th graders andMr. Romero will get picked up by bus and taken to St. Pius X H.S. for a special production. They will return in time for our afternoon parade…
Our Halloween parade will begin around 1:15. Hopefully that will allow 6th grade to get back and changed into costumes.
We will attend 8:15 a.m. Mass on both Wednesday and Thursday this week. Wednesday is All Saints Day, a Holy Day of Obligation, and Thursday is All Souls Day.
On Friday, we will do our First Friday Fellowship “Salute to Our Veterans” starting at 8:00 in the morning.
We have been asking for electronic photos of you and your family members in uniform which will be presented as a slide show. If you haven’t already sent your photo(s), send to
egray@fatimaschoolabq.com We will have a color guard, a few speakers, some patriotic songs and refreshments. Afterwards our students will make cards to send to a Vet center. Hope you can join us.
As are all First Fridays, this is a 1:00 p.m. early dismissal. Our teachers and staff meet at 1:15.
There is aftercare. Which reminds me, Mrs. Natasha Trias will be joining our aftercare staff starting tomorrow. We are happy to have her!
Lastly, if you have not completed the Title I survey, please do so a.s.a.p. and return to school.
Thank you for the opportunity to teach your children!
