What a week! Congratulations to Ms. Wilson for another outstanding Spring Music Fest. The song choices as usual were wonderful; a nice mix of Christian classics, and fun dancing tunes. The students seemed to really enjoy themselves. Thank you and the midschool students in particular for the touching ending and my "crowning". It will go well with my bee costume next Halloween.
Hope you enjoyed the art exhibit. I love seeing the students' work displayed, and how much they were able to get done this year. I really want to thank Preston and Ethan's parents and Michael Chavez's mom for all their help setting up.
I will be sending all their projects home this week. If you happen to have a brown paper grocery bag, or a similar sized reusable one, please send it so we can put all their work in it.
Thanks to all of you teachers, office staff, parents and grandparents who helped make our bowling trip safe and fun.
Tomorrow at 2 in the gym we will have our academic and sports assembly. All are invited.
And last, but not least: you can meet our new principal! Our staff had the privilege of getting to meet and talk with her Friday after school. I think she will be a very good fit for Fatima. You can meet her tomorrow night at
6:30 when Fr. Steve will be hosting an ice cream social.
Have a blessed week, and thank you for the privilege of teaching your children.
